Stage One - Capturing Exact Client Requirements

Aimtech Recruitment and the client have a detailed conversation about what the customer needs and the timeframes that they need to ensure it happens within. The significance of this stage is huge as it allows Aimtech to fully understand exactly what is required, both from a technical perspective but also from a personality and team fit angle. 

 

The time taken here to cover all details in depth will ultimately save huge amounts of time and money later in the process. Clarity around availability for interviews and interview process will enable Aimtech to book this in when qualifying.

Stage Three - Management of Interview Process

Aimtech Recruitment and client to have a call that was arranged at stage 1 to get feedback and confirm interviews. This needs to happen within 48hrs maximum of the candidates submission to ensure that candidates aren’t lost from an elongated process.

Candidates are expertly and professionally prepped for the interview stage, ensuring that they are fully briefed on what is expected of them.

 

Following the interview, candidates are quickly debriefed and client feedback is sought quickly as to ensure that we are in a position to close the candidate on the offer or a 2nd stage.

Stage Five - After Sales Care

Throughout the duration of the contract/perm role. Aimtech Recruitment will remain in regular contact with both the client and candidate as to ensure that we provide both parties with opportunity to feedback. This is crucial for retention and transparency.

It is a layer of service that is often undervalued and can cause unnecessary problems.

Stage Two - Search and Qualification

Aimtech Recruitment embark on a deep dive of the market utilising the extensive network of professionals that we know and trust. We submit profiles to client within the agreed timeframes.

 

The submission of each candidate will be accompanied by the candidates capability to do the role as well as rates/salaries, availability, what else they have on at the moment as well as anything else that the client requires.

 

The candidates will also be submitted with a full breakdown the interview availability which would have been agreed at stage one.

Stage Four - Expert Navigation of Closing Process 

On acceptance of the offer, all paperwork is drawn up and documents are obtained to ensure that legally there are no issues. References are checked and full transparency over the progress of this enables the client to feel comfortable in the viability of the hire.

Candidate is managed throughout their notice period to ensure there are no hiccups with the start dates or unwanted surprises! 

Stage Six - Bespoke Account Management

We want to build a true partnership with you so that we can replicate at will the placement process as and when you need it.

 

We will keep in touch as often as you see necessary and keep earmarking candidates that would be a great fit for your business.
